Information provided on these firms constitute personal data under the Personal Data Act. KB told me that the data is not going to KB who would i think bear responsibility for any unauthorized disclosure (ie., KB employee, officer) but to a KB contractor for whom no information could be provided...? I suggest in doing these forms that you know who will see the data intended for the bank. -

What is this...?
The only possible reason I can think of, is to try and stop people applying from inside Thailand? Paying in person will force the person to at least visit Laos. Also, they do like their crisp foreign currency over there. -
