A lot of apps listed thanks... does any of them allow me to browse, download/upload from a Windows PC to my Android phone (SG2) by wireless? I have seen a few apps like Wifi explorer that ask for money for this if file is too big? Cannot android do it? Sorry I'm new at this Android stuff.

AFAIK, I could be wrong, Kies only does the usual media stuff like music, podcasts. It doesn't offer a file browser of the Android phone itself from a PC wirelessly.

Wi-Fi File Transfer looks good, but isn't free for large transfers. I have only found Wireless File Transfer Pro so far that is free.

Just found File Expert. Seems to do it all. FTP/browsing of phone by wifi. Free.
