Speed Boat To Koh Samet From Ban Phe

I'm trying to find information about speed boat services from Ban Phe to Koh Samet, I'd rather take a speed boat straight to our beach than take the bumpy road again by car. After some googling I have not been able to find any service provider from which we could book in advance, and also the price information varies a lot, from 200 to 2000b. Is it even possible to book in advance or is it always a negociate-at-the-pier sort of situation? All information welcome

We're staying at Ao Phai, and I'm interested in knowing how much would it cost from Ban Phe to Ao Phai for 2 persons, either one-way or round-trip (we do have to get back one day, sadly ).
