I have a green book with a page 4 all in Thai, seems stamped and signed.. Does that make it legal?

position 20 out of 26 total positions page 4 says 2 wheels or 3 wheels. 3 wheels makes it a legal 3 wheeler/samlor. it actually says 3 rims and 3 tyres for a samlor

If it wasnt manufactored new as a samlor, it will in addition have info on page 18 stating when it wnet from 2 wheeler to 3 wheeler

and the most easy spot, page 16. 2 wheeler tax is 100 baht, 3 wheeler approx 150 baht

If it wasn't manufactured as a three wheeler you can get the greenbook updated by getting an authorised engineers report.

don't know who or where you will get that though lol
