A Question About To Sell A Second Hand Car...

Featured Replies

Dear friends,

My girlfriends family owns a car, in Bangkok, I guess from early 2000 Isuzu pickup. They bought the car on finance, as they all seems to do, but are now regretting their choice of investment.

It is not that they can't afford to pay the bill every month, more like that they have come to their sense that they don't need the car, it is just cost more money then it is worth to keep it for. Like that was news.........

So my question is; I want to know how to do when sell a second hand car, which would be that the buyer will be the third owner.

Anyone has experience of this? Does someone actually sort out this problem before me and know a good dealer or something that would make this to a decent affair for both partners?

Doesn't care to get money of this, just to get rid of the car without getting totally fuc_ked over as the car is in a very nice condition.

THanks!

You could put an AD in on " Cars for Sale ( In Thailand ) ".

It's at the top of this forum page, if you want to get involved.

The family would know what to do anyway, unless you know better than them.:D

The buyer would have to settle the balance owed to the finance company first and then the

rest of the sale price (if any) would be paid to the girlfriends family.

The paperwork would have to be transacted by the finance company together with the seller and buyer at the same time.
