CaitlinHappyMeal Posted December 24, 2011 Posted December 24, 2011 I know I put credit into the phone 1st, then what number do I call for 3G topup the lady in the shop did it for me last time. Thanks in advance
Phil Conners Posted December 24, 2011 Posted December 24, 2011 If you already have a package it will automatically renew if there is credits on your phone. If you want to restart or change the billing the code depends on the package you want. You can see the packages and codes here http://www.ais.co.th/mobileinternet/en/internet-package/
Crossy Posted December 24, 2011 Posted December 24, 2011 You can also do things on-line here https://12calleservice.ais.co.th/EPPWeb/index.html including checking your 3G balance and adding new bolt-on bandwidth. "I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"
sulasno Posted December 25, 2011 Posted December 25, 2011 my free one month access expired on 3rd Dec; can I simply top up to activate the account ?
4evermaat Posted December 26, 2011 Posted December 26, 2011 looks like AIS has expanded their offering and made it much more flexible. Does anyone know the cancellation code without having to speak to representative?
Phil Conners Posted December 26, 2011 Posted December 26, 2011 I think the easy way is just make sure you don't have enough funds on the card to renew, then it automatically expires.

Does anyone know the cancellation code without having to speak to representative? No, I haven't been able to find one. Please post if you find out any more details. I think the easy way is just make sure you don't have enough funds on the card to renew, then it automatically expires. This does not appear to be the case any longer. I receive an SMS almost every day from AIS saying that my 1 GB plan cannot be renewed (I'm keeping the balance below the plan fee) and that the system will try again later. I've been too lazy to call.

You can add or unsubscribe from 3g volume/time based packages using *300. *138 does not work (in my experience).
lomatopo Posted January 6, 2012 Posted January 6, 2012 try *300 you can cancel or change pro. Thanks for that, works great.
whimsy Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 Also, *139# sends a message detailing how many MB of 3G data remaining in your current package. (null)
