I have 2 questions to ask.

1. Can a retiree (on a one year extension of stay) buy a car for the special discounts for first time buyer ?

2. Assuming I have a Thai registered car, what are the procedures and forms to fill, and etc if

I cross over from Danok/Bukit Kayu Hitam to Malaysia ? And the return back to Thailand again ?
