Hello,

We have just moved to Bangkok and are looking for an apartment / condo.

Our priorities are as follow (most important at top):

1. Close to our kids' school (RC International School at Ruam Rudee (www.http://rcis.ac.th/)). Max. 2 kilometers.

2. Close to BTS station (either Siam, Chit Lom, Phloen Chit, Nana or Asok)

3. New building with nice swimming pool

4. Preferable 3 bedrooms - or at least 2 bedrooms.

5. Close to restaurants etc.

Our budget is 35.000 – 45.000 Bath/Month (up to 50.000 Bath/Month if all priorities are met).
