This is very true, try searching for a hotel booking and see what ads flood your screen for the next month.

Spent all my time over the past three weeks looking for an apartment and studying bus routes in Cambridge.

Found me a flat, trying for a free bus pass now.

Can't wait for my tenants to get out of my house, then a couple of months to spend repairing all the damage they've caused.

Plus looking for another job to pay for it all.

One arm on water basin. Use splash technique w/other arm. Don't touch your anus. Bum gun is best.

The person in question is not an octopus, KRS1, he's only got 2 arms and 1 leg.

Any advice that includes "don't touch your anus" has to be good.

They were stopped when they were on the escalator as well.

The question would be more precisely phrased "Why don't Thai people move away from the working point of the escalator?".

Often-times, I think people do not think ahead to decide where they want to go when they alight from an escalator, so they stop until they decide which way to go. This may be due to poor signage, as well as inattentiveness.

I sometimes wonder why people stop on the escalator, but I suppose partly because they can, and partly because the steps are bigger than they're used to.

Anyway, questions I wish I'd asked...

"How much will it cost me, first?"

"Is this the right road to ..." / "does this train stop at..."

And why can't they figure out how to fill out there Inmmigration Cards before they get to the Immigration counter.

I like it when they haven't even got a card and have to go to the back of the hall to get one.

Not just escalators and moving travelators that annoy me - why do people try to get into a lift (elevator) before the people in the elevator have got out?

(fortunately, as a rugby player for fifty years, I just keep moving out no matter how many obese women are trying to get in)
