Door Frame Chin-up Bar

This might be a long shot, but I'm trying to find a chin-up bar, you know the ones that fit inside a door frame. Has anyone ever seen these for sale anywhere in Bangkok?

I haven't seen any, but I doubt if many door frames here could take the pressue anyway. You may be better off joining a gym, but then again, you have probably considered that already.

I saw them in the sports shop in Central - was the model with screws. I want to buy one - one can take down the bar and just leave the 2 holders screwed into the door frame. My neighbor has one that just twists into place but he anyway had to secure it with a couple of extra screws.

I tried out his and it is great exersize but the slim door frames here often means that you have to adjust a bit compared to a full spread pull up. Cheers!
