Looking For A House In Chiang Mai For The February 2012 Month

Featured Replies

Hi!

We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) looking for a house in Chiang Mai for the whole February 2012 month. We just spent the last 2 months in Krabi Town, and it was more difficult than expected to find a house here.

I've spent a few hours on the web trying to find a nice house, but it seems as difficult as it was for Krabi Town. We would be willing to pay a maximum of 45 000 Bahts for the month, but are looking for something clean and fully furnished near the center of Chiang Mai (since we do not have a car). We need at least 3 rooms, high speed internet and hot water for the shower.

Anyone got suggestions of websites or persons to contact so that we get help with this?

Thanks!

Normally, 3 months is the minimum for renting a house. There might be exceptions but don't count on it.

Money Talks -- keep asking around, you will find something

If you go to Perfect Homes' web site they have houses for about the price you are looking at. I think look at the REF:HR123-1 and 2

They are out side of town though. So, you will need to hire a car.

Their website is www.rentinchiangmai.com

This woman called 'April' found us a nice house. nice woman, very helpful. Take a look on the classifieds thaivisa, you might come across her name. Good luck
