For all versions of Windows 7 (and the older also for that matter, XP, Vista etc.) you can use multiple keyboard langauges at any time, that is a standard feature built-in to Windows.

But if you want to change the language of the entire interface (menus, buttons etc.) then that's not possible in any other version that Windows 7 Ultimate. Windows 7 Ultimate allows you to switch freely between 34 interface languages, whereas the cheaper versions are English interface only, or Thai if you buy the Thai version.

So that means if I buy Win7 Premium or Pro Thailand edition and when wifie calls for help, it will be in Thai right ? I will be looking at the options thinking, emmmmmm hit-the-fan.gif

Just ask for Win 7 English version. I bought a Home premium OEM copy and had it installed (make sure you get the discs) in Pattaya last year. No problems and all in english.

You should go for the English version as topt said, most Thai people are used to using Windows in English anyway.

I have recently had Windows Home Premium 7 installed. The product description Reads: " Win Home Prem 7 SP1 64-bit English SEA 1pk OEI 611 DVD" I asked for Thai as the optional language. Now can use both languages without difficulty. My keyboard is for both.

Windows 7 has no problem using Thai and an input language or display but unless you buy the Thai version rather than English in normal non ultimate edition you will not have a choice when it comes to menus in the operating system. You can still have Thai version software so English operating system is not a problem for most people.

This is the input language not the display language. Remember it's two different things.
