I looked at a friend's non immigrant O one-year multiple visa . The visa says use it BEFORE December 15. Does it mean the last day he can enter Thailand with this visa is December 14 or does it mean the last day is December 15?

He is confused about the wording of the visa. He asked me to ask this forum for the exact last available day either Dec 14 or 15? so he can make a border crossing accordingly and come back to get his last 90 days.

I've always assumed that 'before' meant just that, ie the last day the visa can be used is December 14th.

Not being one for cutting it fine, I've never risked trying to enter on the date indicated and I suggest your friend is equally conservative, do his border run on the 14th.

Agreed..........for the sake of 1 day its not worth the risk.

Agreed. But it's certainly safer to use it on 14 December just in case you meet an officer who thinks the urine is being taken.
