The house in Sinthanee is sold.When we have had it for a year,(you need to keep it for at least 1 year before selling or else it is very exspensive) the woman next door,had a sister who want to buy it,so we earned 400.000 on it-and could stay whit a rent at 6000 baht pr. month.

Then we used the 400.000 to buy a plot of land in Mae sai and thats where we start building soon-8-14 days,I think.

Her brother have the education and so,so he build it for us,for around 6-700.000-so thats cheap.
