I am looking to improve the in-laws very antiquated distillation process with their excess rice in the making of lamp oil....yeah right. Lamp oil, attitude adjuster, mind lubricant...call it whatever you want...you get the picture. I have done this before in a different country, but materials were a lot easier to obtain. Here...it is a bit different...TIT. I would be happy to pay for a used keg from a distributor, but have found that in the past, most do not want to depart with them. Anyone have any suggestions? pg

I am just kidding....I do know what you mean and it would not be anywhere near me...all down on the in-laws farm. That home-made hootch is just as much a part of life here as is rice itself. Having said that....it could be made to taste a lot better and not have as many impurities in it that could...shall I say...impede good health? Probably not the best correlation, but....

Used beer keg as in those aluminium ones for draft beer? They're all over the place.

I haven't seen these "all of the place" so where? I'd like one to make a BBQ. Cut in 1/2 use half for BBQ.
