who know "The Natien Centre", Chaweng, Koh Samui . Is it a hotel or a building ? .

and if I want to live in samui for 1-3 years , have any apartment or condo that I can rent for 3,500 to 4,000 baht per months.

You may find a room with a toilet for that much out by the airport or if your lucky in Chawang where all the working girls live. You sure aren't going to find it on the net. Your going to have to be on the island and look long and hard.

anything for that price is going tobe pretty basic demo,you could try lamai central house hotel behind bar hauss in lamai,i have stayed there in the past and got a room for around 4000 a month, shower but not hot water, fan, sit toilet just your basic's.if you up your spend to around 6-7000 you are going to find alot better rooms.
