GERMAN MAN SHOOTS AND KILLS HIMSELF AT THE TIFFANY SHOOTING RANGE IN NORTH PATTAYA.

Police lieutenant Colonel Prichar from Pattaya Police Station was called to the Tiffany Shooting Range on Monday Afternoon after staff reported a suspected suicide at the location. Rescue workers also responded to the call and transported the critically injured victim, Mr Korab Graning aged 53 from Germany to the Pattaya International Hospital. Journalists were not allowed inside the shooting range, but staff members mentioned that the German man had hired a pistol and purchased a box of training bullets . He bugun shooting at the paper target as normal, left the range for a few minutes and then returned to his shooting booth number 14 supervised by Khun Wishit aged 27 who works for the Tiffany Shooting Range. He mentioned that upon the German`s return he shouted out something in German language and then pointed the firearm to his head and fired. Medical staff attempted to save the man but he was pronounced dead, a few minutes after arriving at hospital. The German Embassy in Bangkok has been informed and this case now raises questions as to safety measures employed by shooting ranges in Pattaya which will now be undoubtadly reviewed after this suicide case.

His girlfriend was livid with anger because she kept telling him that she had already had a hysterectomy and couldn't fall pregnant.

On the morning of the shooting, after pushing him away from her for the umpteenth time, she yelled at him, "Doesn't anything get into your thick skull."

This was his way of proving that it could.

16 months that´s shooting range is the most no 1

for commit suicide. Jumping is the most popular

sports (not airborne) to stop the pain and stop

the voices in the head. But this man certainly

did´it " My Way.. "

Rgs, Ssgt K9 served 10 yrs Bosnia,Kosovo,etc..

just a thought, but can you imagine the trauma hes put those lads at the shooting range through, very selfish act , but saying that his head was gone ( after he pulled the trigger )

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

A guy has died, and you lot are making jokes about it?!

I hardly think this is appropriate.

Although that said the ground floor gag is frigging genius

He chose to die, not like he died of natural causes!

He could quite easily have chosen to do it in a private place, in a dignified manner. Instead he chose to have witnesses, God knows how many people, who are never going to forget this.

Difficult to respect a man who choses to die in this manner.

Suicides are not usually noted for their balance of mind and I suppose that poor man in his extremis probably simply just forgot his manners. Gosh, imagine that, having the effrontery to offend those shrinking violets in Pattaya.Whatever next?

Somebody interrogate Khun Wishit. He's lying . Mr. Korab was not shooting the paper targets but he and Wishit were actually playing a round of Russian roulette and Mr. Korab ran out of luck .

This does happen so often in Pattaya I am wondering if they started lining the walls of the shooting range with and easy wipe down plastic.
