Co.Ltd Or Is A Ltd Partnership Sufficient For A Retail Shop?

I googled and read this (and other forums) up and down about the different options, forming a Thai company.

I basically know the main differences between a Co.Ltd and a partnership Ltd.

But ..... I am a little bit confused, in which case one or the other, is more useful for me.

I am planning to open a retail shop (not too big).

The shop's lease is in my name.

Maybe I'll apply for a work permit and a B-Visa.

Both _should_ be possible with each of these LTD'S.

I don't plan to buy land, so a "partnership Ltd", should be sufficient?

Please enlighten me..

PS: If sombody can recommend a German-speaking lawyer/office, please PM me.

thanks in advance

Why not just register a low level shop ? Do you have a thai partner ?

That's the way, small shop, Thai wife/GF small money. LTD Partnership buying land, factory etc big money. Jim
