Anyone Else Having Problems With Hotmail?

Featured Replies

Yesterday I started having problems accessing my hotmail.com emails on both IE and Firefox.

To correct it on IE and Firefox I had to go into "options" and change "Don't use HTTPS automatically" to "Use HTTPS automatically" which is what I think it was before it somehow got reset. However, I think it is reverting back to "Don't use HTTPs automatically" every now and then and I have to keep doing the whole options change thing over again and again go gain access.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can correct this problem short of going to gmail or some other email program? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are still people using Hotmail?

I had a problem with hotmail about 15 years ago so stopped using it.

Never had a problem since.

I don't use Hotmail but I heard two or three people in my office complaining that they can't open it.

Actually I have several sites that I can't open or that open only partially. The Internet is incredibly slow and has been so for a few days.

I had the same problem - Last morning I did the "Use HTTPS automatically" thing and since it is ok.

Is your computer connected to a office network? Maybe a GPO is altering your setting?

There are still people using Hotmail?

Why? What happens to people who use Hotmail? Would they get fried, boiled or grilled?
