Anybody has experience in dealing with online shop Thanni.com?

Recently bought a few parts from them but will never buy anything again.

First delays in delivery because items that were claimed to be on stock never was.

Total screw up with transport to Phuket. Despite request to send with specific company (which they list on their website) they used another company without any info.

Parts delivered different to info on website.

placed 3 orders with them. got the stuffs usually within 3 days. there was one order with an OOS item. They called and confirmed the replacement. The next day, the stuffs are at my shop.

Very impressed. No complaint so far.

I also placed several orders with Thanni.com for delivery in Bangkok and everything went smoothly.

Ordered from them a couple of times (more than 6 or 7 times) and everything went perfect, no complaints here. I will order from them again
