Assuming water throwing is all finished there now, can anyone recommend a nice quiet cheap place to stay on samui and koh panagan? thx

We always stay in Chaweng Cove Resotel in North Chaweng. Its a very friendly hotel, right on the beach and has fair prices. We have stayed there 10 or so times and never had a bad thing to say about it.
