Where To Sell Used Aircard?

Are there places that buy back used aircards? And besides thaivisa, place to advertise a used card. I thought a while back I ran into something like that at some pantip website where it seems a bunch of people were selling various items in different categories. I cannot find this.

Should I try the local phone shops? I notice there arent any type of local job boards or boards that people can post a small banner of what they are renting or selling.

Chumphon Town, near Thung Wua Lang beach. I'm thinking about putting something up at one of the local bars on the beach that gets a lot of foreigner traffic. The Cat office also has a bulletin board for used equipment, which is progressive and targeted . I don't see anywhere else though. craigslist seems very slow liquidity.
