Having 1 question.

A WP has been issued to me but they keep the original at the office.

The adress in the WP is the same as the office, so legally I must be working at the office.

Now I'm working on another place completely different from the office.

My HR manager told me that when labor inspection should come to control, I can use the copy and tell them that I'm just passing by at the other place separate from the office.

So my question is : am I violating any rule against labour law?

Because unneeded to say that I'm working at the other place and not at the office.

Just traveling over from warehouse to office and vice versa.

Legally you need to add the second address to your work permit and you should always have the original on you when you work. The Labor Office may or may not check and they may or may not accept a copy but to be totally legal you should just add the second address. Sunbelt Asia can provide this service for you if you want to get in touch.
