Bah, I'm in a terribly bad mood with True-H today.

My package renewed itself - 5Gb - and a couple hours later I noticed things were a bit slow. Was disappointed after looking forward to getting back to full speed browsing while I used up my new 5 Gb's. Disconnected, reconnected, rebooted, moved the phone an inch to the left (coverage pretty spotty here) - nothing worked. Got suspicious that it's not just "slow", but seems to be clamped to 384k. Sent a "B" to 9789, message comes back that I've used 23Gb of my 5Gb package.

Two possibilities. Either that's "last month's" data figure and their data counters are out of sync with their billing server (billing server didn't reset my counter to zero when it billed me for the next cycle?!) OR, they have fubar their data counters.

Somewhat irked.
