Area And/or Building Suggestions..?

Hi..

RENTING.

No rush.. Not ready to move until April, but I'm interested in feedback as to possible Areas and apartment/condo Rental Buildings to check out first..

My needs are:

* Close to an MRT/BTS station. 10 min walk max.

* Unfurnished

* 2 Bed, 1 Bath, Tile floor, Must have good (western?) Kitchen and balcony

* Allow a small dog (or turn a blind eye..)

* Spacious - Approx 100sqM and up...

* Max rent 20kB/mo

It can be a "Thai" building, and doesn't have to be in an area as Farang/Trendy as Thonglor, Sukhumvit or Sathorn, but I WOULD prefer not to be the only Farang for miles... Where I am now (Din Daeng/Prachasongkro) I can't even find a Bangkok Post anywhere ..
