Does Adding A Slip-On Exhaust Mess Up My Warranty?

Featured Replies

Hi, Have a kawasaki and it is still well inside the warranty period. My question is do I have to change it back to the original exhaust before bringing it in for the 6000k service? Obviously I would rather not do it considering it is running fine the way it is. Thanks in advance for any help.

Nothing will be noted down during a service with regards to just a slip-on.

However if you were ever in the need of making a claim on the warranty, then i would swap it back to stock if there's fault with any part of the engine.

Thanks Karlos. I forgot to mention that I did get the exhaust fitted at a Kawasaki dealer, albeit a different one. Thanks again.
