Lost All My Blackberry Media

Featured Replies

I flew back from China last week.

I was listening to podcasts and stored music on my Blackberry 9700

When I landed, I did the normal take battery out and reboot procedure

Only to find all music, podcasts and photos had completely disappeared!

Anybody had this happen?

Any one know how to get it back?

Quite p**sed off

Ok it appears that my media card tray is faulty. the media card still has all my media.

Anybody know of a reliable place in Bangkok to get this fixed or replaced?

Seems a waste to replace a whole phone if this is fixable

Thanks Webfact.

Actually dealing with a very responsive BB support email service, I'll see how it goes and if need be heed your advice
