Anybody know a place where they make piercings ( labia) in BKK, and is it legal ?

I met a bird in a soi 23 bar the other week with a lump of metal in an odd place she liked to show off. I asked her where she got it and apparently there's a place in MBK that should sort you out if you're happy to spread your legs in a shopping mall behind a curtain.
