Property To Rent For Business

Featured Replies

Hi. Im new to the forum, but have read with interest many topics that have already helped. The strength of the form is in its members knowledge, so I wonder if someone would help me with a few decisons. My wife who currently lives with me in the UK, still has a small business in the Dindeang district of Bangkok. We are looking to move back to Thailand in September and are looking at suitable properties that we can intially rent where she can expand her ( ligitamate) massage business.

Rosa is currently highly qulified as a teacher of Thai massage,

we have in mind premises where we can have on the ground floor a new Spa , with living accomadation above it. If the business is sucessful we will eventually purchase.

Im told by certain agencies that I should rent in Sukumvit area, but belive that rents are something approcahing 100,000 bahts!!. Thats a little steep... Any advice would be greatlyfully accepted.

Your wife has a business, she speaks and reads Thai. Let her look in the Thai newspapers for rental property's.

She should get a better deal then you with the agencies.
