Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra has told all state agencies to lower their flags to half-pole, in offering condolences for Kuwaiti Emir Sheik Jaber Al Ahmed Al Sabah who passed away yesterday.

The Prime Minister's Office has issued letters to all state agencies on the death of the Kuwaiti ruler who died on Sunday. Prime Minister Thaksin has told all civil agencies to lower their flags to half pole for 3 days, during January 16-18, in displaying condolences for Kuwait.
