Just got tickets bought via Thai ticket major. Website is not very clear - and neither is the reservation email. Where can the tickets be picked up before the venue? Only venue site or elsewhere also?

Did you fill out your address? I have brought from them before and they have posted me the tickets, usually about a week before the event.

I always went to ThaiTicket Major @ Siam Paragon - Top floor by the movie theatres. They are located in the back corner. Also, the Call Center # is: 022623456

Tried to input address but it did not allow. Maybe because event is already next week.

Pretty sure you you can pick up and any Thai Ticket Major box office, I think they are inside all Major Cineplexes.

Depends where you told them you'd pick them up on the form.

I usually get mine posted but have also picked up at the venue and at a Major Cineplex also (Major only give you a voucher though which you exchange at the venue for the real tickets anyway).

There's a TTM in Central Chidlom and one at Centralworld by the ice rink.

Go to the ticket counter and show them your confirmation.

Like I said above they will give you a voucher which you exchange at the venue for the real ticket.
