Where in Bangkok can I find a mechanic with a drill machine to drill three small holes in a small PCI bracket?

Bangkok is a very big city so maybe you should say where you are? Almost any shop you see with a drill press will do it for probably 50 baht or so.

Asok, but I don't mind traveling in Bangkok. Unfortunately, I don't often see shops with drill press, so I had to ask here. If you know one please let me know.

Hard to tell where exactly, but if you drive around (or take the bus to) Chinatown, there's thousands of small hardware and metal work shops, open at the front. Bus 48 on Sukhumvit stops right at Asok and will give you the touristic route

if you have a specific size you may need to buy the correct size drill bit, but if you just need holes of a general size Chinatown is probably your best and easiest bet. And drill bits are very available there as well.

there are some business places where they work with metals in the sukhumvit 101/1 Soi 24, 26 and Soi 28...
