I bought in that area and there are tonnes of places. From new townhouses on Sukuvit 101 soi 26, 43 and sukumvit 101/1 kensington plus places . ( range 2.9-6 million for a new townhouse) There are many others available on the side streets. Just have a drive up there an you will see the signs. Detached houses on about 34 wa sq land go for about 3.5 million.

If you could just provide a hint of detail on what you are looking for maybe someone may have an answer. "Want house" is just not enough.

Also What part of soi 62 do you want to be on the river side or the sukumvit side. Soi 62 on the riverside of the expressway is a pain to get to. Myust make a few U-turns to get over the expressway
