There are some other words which have the same meaning as ปากอย่างใจอย่าง that can be used in this context like

I know the word for hypocrite is ปากอย่างใจอย่าง but how do I say 'don't be a hyprocrite'

hypocrite - a person who claims to have certain moral principles or beliefs but behave in a way that shows they are not sincere.

From this definition, it's exactly the same as the thai saying มือถือสากปากถือศีล.

So, 'don't be a hyprocrite' shoud be อย่าทำตัวเป็นพวกมือถือสากปากถือศีล(yàa tam dtua bpen pûak meu tĕu sàak bpàak tĕu sĕen ).

But if you want to make it easy, I think the word คนเสแสร้ง(kon sày-sâeng) can be used as well.

'don't be a hyprocrite' - อย่ามาทำตัวเป็นคนเสแสร้งหน่อยเลย(yàa maa tam dtua bpen kon sày-sâeng nòi loie)

Caveat Emptor! Calling someone a hypocrite would be rather insulting and a serious loss of face in Thai culture so one might want to use caution using any of the above noted phrases unless you feel real comfortable in both your language skills as well as your other cross-cultural communication skills.

Only to be used with people I know and strictly in a tongue and cheek sense you understand :o

Here's another one, although I'm not sure if it's more literary or what, although still potentially highly offensive.

หน้าซื่อใจคด

Honest face, crooked heart.
