Acquiring A Thai Driver'S In Another Province

Does anyone know whether you can obtain a Thai driver's license in a province other than the one that you reside? For example, if I live in Bangkok, can I get a driver's license at the Land Transport Office in Pattaya?

Yes. I obtained my license in Pathum Tani, while being a Bangkok resident.

Just one day. I passed all the exams in one day, compared to two days in Mo Chit (BKK's DLT) because of the number of candidates.

Physical tests and theory test in the morning... Then practical test in the afternoon (curb parking, parallel parking and going forward and reversing in a straight line).
