For a couple, European, male, 53, tests show fertile and healthy, needs to return to Europe in 6 months,

girlfriend, 28, Cambodian national and resident, virgin, no reason to suspect that there are fertility or health issues.

Wishing to have ivf, selection of gender, twins if no elevated risk of defects or to the health of the mother, freezing of sperm and perhaps eggs for future children, but likely not icsi due to elevated risk of birth defects. Costs important, but not crucial. Time is what seems to be more important,

due to age and work (in six months) of father. Possible issue? Couple is not married. Also lady does not speak English or Thai, any difficulties in the formality of signing consent???

Main question is how to speed up the process, do we really need to start with 4 to 6 weeks of drugs and testing prior to first ivf attempt, or can the meds be cut out or can we try iui instead in the first month only and ivf in later months (considerably less desirable for us due to not being as effective for gender selection nor for attaining pregnancy)? Is there a clinic or hospital that can streamline the process, or not have fertility drugs and vitamins etc, presumably with lower success rate for the first ivf attempt? Also complicating the process is that we will be working with 14 day visas to thailand, with several hours travel time from Cambodia to Thailand.

Given our time and age and language and visa particulars are either Nawabutr or Arunama our best choice? Or should we consider Phiyathai or Siriraj (My Thai friends go there for their medical needs) or Bumrungrad or BNH or other suggestions. Address and times and phone number of a private clinic of a doctor affiliated with Chula would also be gtreatly appreciated.

All these questions come from reading about IVF, mostly on thaivisa. Any other websites that anyone thinks I should look at to educate myself would be appreciated as well. Communication by personal message, if you prefer. Thanks in advance for any advice or information
