Samsung Galaxy Tablet 2 7.0 Needed - Brandnew

Featured Replies

hi there

looking for this beauty and not sure where to buy. have found some hug price differences, ranging from 7900 to 14000 THB, all for the same 16GB wifi/3G.

where would you buy? Official store due to the warranty or in any of the stalls at MBK?

I'm quite new to BKK hence i appreciate your help very much. on another note, is it a common practice to bring in your 'old', say iPad1, to trade it with a new purchase (in my case the galaxy tabley 2 7.0)

thank you all for your help and inputs.

It looks like the MSRP for the P3100 is 12,900, with some box shops selling for 11,900.

If you are concerned at all about warranty service/repair then just make sure the unit was issued by the local Thai Samsung subsidiary, or purchase it from a Samsung shop.

Not sure what to say about your price range? It seems odd to have that wide a disparity. Perhaps there was some confusion re: exact model numbers?

Typically one would sell a unit, and then purchase a new one, rather than trade it in. Some box shops will broker a sale to another shop for you, or at least point you towards a shop which might purchase your used unit.

Shopped for the same for over two weeks just to make sure I knew what I was getting. If you pay less than 12,900 you very likely are getting a used/counterfeit/smuggled unit. At the fair at Sirikit this weekend Samsung was selling them for 11,700 if you wanted to fight the crowds. I bought mine from the Samsung shop at Central Rama III. Never had any offers to trade. Recommend you spend a little more, make sure the seals on the box aren't broken and have the full one year warrantee.
