Not to be rude but:

Sounds like a very good initiative ... but I think there is a lack of information, about what it's all about, and what the price is.

Are you a qualified teacher, and have work permits, etc.

Or is it all just an attempt to reinforce your new place?

One would hope you are making a greater effort elsewhere to market your home stay. Even if you were a sponsor on TV, I am not convinced that these passive invitations would do much good.

If you were to interact more on the forum, it might bear more fruit, in the form of interested individuals who might want to support you. Getting around to the other social gatherings that are already established and making friends there might help as well.

PMs, friend requests and other more personal interactions might help to break the ice and generate interest. As is, we really don’t know much about you or why we might want to visit you establishment.

I was puzzled by the offer "want to Improve".
