I Have A Room For Short-Term Rental Near Bts Surasak

Featured Replies

I will not be at my apartment for 3 months (October 2012 - January 2013) so I need someone to be there because I have one year contract with the apartment owner.

I can ask the owner to add your name (as my roommate) into the contract so you can pay the rental cost in the invoice given by the apartment owner by yourself when I'm not here.

If you like the room and want to stay longer than 3 months then you will have to start your own contract with the owner for the room rental.

The room style is like a small hotel room having;

a big wall mounted teveision

a small refridgerator

a king size bed

air conditioner

a small table and a chair

a clothes cupboard

a (buil-in) dressing table and a chair

a microwave oven.

There's a small balcony.

I can keep all my things that you don't need at another place so you have some space for your things.

The room is about 27 sqm (I'm not sure).

There's free cleaning service everyweek if you want.

The room cost is 4,500THB a month.

Internet is 500THB a month for one machine or you can use free wifi at the lobby.

Water cost is 17THB per unit.

Electric cost is 7THB per unit.

The building is only one year one year old so it looks new and very clean place.

There's elevator (but my room is on the 2nd floor).

There's key card system and a security guard.

If you need more information about the room, please send me a message.
