Normally, blood presser well under control around 120/80. Never been the stress guy under any circumstances.

All of a sudden, blood pressure 150/100 and more irritating a stiffness creeping up the neck, fee the higher pressure in my head, however no headache.

Which is the right specialist category? Not in Thailand right now.
