I have been living in Thailand for six months and am currently researching setting up an estate agency business in Bangkok.

I already own a successful agency in Manchester, UK but would be grateful for any advice regarding the state of the market, state of the competition, possible pitfalls or any other comments.

I know it is a competitive business but my experience tells me that it is always worth having a few friends in the market to share ideas, experiences etc.

If anyone is working in the property market in Bangkok I would be happy to meet up for a coffee and a chat.

My first post so look forward to any replies
