Help With Translation

Featured Replies

Hey everyone, i'm a student at KSU and am working on a zoo master plan for my capstone (or thesis) project. I was trying to come up with a name for my series of exhibits, which include an aviary, tiger, and other SE Asian animals. I was going to go with a thai theme and would like to have the experience start in a small thai village so that the visitors could be immersed into another culture. I am wondering what the thai translation of names like: Discovery Village, Villlage of Learning, or maybe Immersion Village. Also maybe phrases like "through anothers eyes" or similar meaningful thai phrases. Your help would be really appreciated! Thanks,

Drew

Loke dtang dan = differrnt world โลกต่างแดน

loke hang garn rean roo = world of learning โลกแห่งการเรียนรู้

bped loke = open world เปิดโลก

soo loke gwang = reach to wide world สู่โลกกว้าง

loke khong rao = our world โลกของเรา

bped na dtang soo loke = open the window and reach world เปิดหน้าต่างสู่โลก

khon phob loke = discovery world ค้นพบโลก

loke bai mai = new world โลกใบใหม่

Thanks for the reply, I think those will work really well!

I've never been to a scholl but I know many guys who have.

The best guys by far are those who studied at Unity or the older Union(sathorn). I know one guy who was speaking the same as me(which isn't great but good enough in most situations). he had studied for 3 months full-time, I had been learningkid of) for 10 years!
