Yesterday we was whit some family in Wieng Chai-and saw a dog behind a gate and was told that the owner left 4 days ago-leaving the dog whitout water or food.

Family have given the dog some food and water every day,but I think-this is not right, and there must be some where to phone, and get the dog out from there.

Any advice,plaese ?

I googled up vets in chiang rai and it came up with info from the chiang rai forum.

Maybe they can point you in the right direction.
