, If its Thapae Gate theres no where to park,

Actually if you turn right into Thapae Gate there is that big concrete area that they have shows etc on.

I notice on Saturday nights? I think? they have bikes of all kinds in groups there.

Looks cool & will take a closer look next time.

Everyone in groups according to bikes.

Like a lineup of CRFL's, Ninja's, etc.

would love to look cool in black on my Ninja, but on my "sensible" Nuovo will just look like a prat aside that lot.

well Jeffrey here are two pics of gas stations that seem to be in dispute

the first is the google maps image for the PTT station in Mae Hia....this gas station is 50m past Makro and now sports a PT logo on a tall pole

the second is for a JIFFY station 750 m further on than Makro that a couple of posters have reffered to as the one

nowhere on the tall sign for this station does it say PTT

so may I suggest that in future you use the following to direct riders to the meeting place

ride past Makro and continue another 750 metres until you arrive at the JIFFY gasoline station on the same side

please be aware that Jiffy is also known as PTT but you would not know that unless you can read the small thai language logo informing you that it is a PTT station on the roof above the pumps

Eyecatcher....please read my PM

It may be confusing to some but that first image is NOT a PTT/Jiffy site. It is a PT Energy site. x502b56e93d80f.jpg

logo-eng.jpgPTT/Jiffy are market leaders in Thailand and as such one might expect everyone living here to recognise them by either name.

Instructions could have been more explicit.

As an aside, that PT Energy site has carwash/detailing on site @ 120 baht.
