I thought there was a TM7 on this forum that you could download. Can't see it in the pinned section, and nothing comes up on a search for TM7 or download TM7.

Is there one somewhere else on TV?

Just to confirm:

TM7

copies of all pages of passport ( to be on the safe side ), visa, arrival card, current extension stamp,

copies of all pages of bank book

letter from bank confirming 800,000 baht over 3 months

one photo

1900 baht.

Anything else?

Print TM.7 on front/back of one A4 page. Add your phone number on back (I do at top address area) or you can wait for them to ask.

You should have proof of address in case asked (it determines where you can extend).

I would be sure to have your TM.47 receipt in passport as they might look for it. (from your mention of 3 months account you must already be on extension and making address reports)?

Thanks for mentioning proof of address. I presume a cable tv bill would suffice, though if it's the same lady, she knows me by sight now- yes, already on extension.
