Just to clarify for anyone looking for the application form for Social Visit visa from the Myanmar embassy in Bangkok - its the same as the business visa form.

Cost for a 28 day single entry is 1440 baht, collection 2 days later (ie not express)

The Social Visit visa CAN be extended once inside Myanmar

I plan to do social visit visa and looked information what documents are required for it. From this link http://www.myanmarembassybkk.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/ME-BKK-VISA-Infor.pdf I read that I need to have "sponsorship letter from a relative in Myanmar should also be submitted".

Do anybody know how this document must look like?
