We call it hay but in reality it is rice straw left over after the rice has been harvested.I've got no idea where it is going to but I hope It's not for cattle feed as it is very poor quality as far as that goes.Some coud be going to vegetable farms for mulch.As far as I'm concerned,thats about all it's good for.
