What's the story on this building? Is it an abandoned cement skeleton or still under construction....? the cement looks pretty black which made me wonder!

Wow! It is so nice to see white clouds instead of the grayish-brown crap we have here for sky in CR for the past few MONTHS!!!!

^ ..... It was Blue skies with white puffy clouds, the whole trip from Samui to Khao Lak and up to Ranong and back ... but there was a hot wind in Ranong, that made it less enjoyable to be there, so I did not stay long!

But believe me, it would be nice to see some dark clouds delivering some rain in the south! Phew it's too hot!
