I'm a Vietnam Veteran who would like to make a home in Thailand. I was turned on to the Thai Forum by another vet and having been reading it for the last couple of weeks. I read a little about 30 year leases and having land through a company. I must admit I have tredidation about both.

I know one can own a condo with no problem, but I've also read about shoddy Thai workmanship.

I've found a good bit of information a the prices of houses -50K and more,but nothing on condos. If anyone can give me some ball park figures please do so. Also what would it cost me to rent a three bedroom house ?
