Internal Building Contractor Req'd-any Recommendations Please

I am in the process of purchasing a condo in Bangkok, but it is an open room (about 73m squared) with an attached bathroom. I need a general builder/internal fit out contractor to put in partitions, new floor, (probably) suspended ceiling or something along these lines and fit a kitchen.

It is a reasonable amount of work but the two companies I have had quote for the work seem to want to charge about the same, which as a % of the value of the condo is a lot. Whilst I appreciate that you can pay peanuts and get monkeys, I am also too aware that you can pay a lot and just get greedier monkeys.

So if anyone can recommend a company that they have experience of or some companies that I should avoid, I would be extremely grateful. (More of the former would be more useful but a few choice turkeys to avoid would be good for the latter).

-I did find a similar previous thread but worrying there were no recommendations and very few replies so any suggestions welcome
